Australia Day 2010 Outside Broadcasts
This Australia Day, 2CCR FM 90.5 will be broadcasting live from our three local government areas of Parramatta, Holroyd and The Hills.
Starting at Parramatta Park at 6am, our dedicated team will be bringing you all the action of the Aerial Carnivale with our live broadcast. You can find us in the park by looking for the big 2CCR Satellite Dish!
Then from 11am, we will be broadcasting live from the Merrylands Pool Party. Merrylands Swim Centre on Burnett Street in Merrylands will have free pool entry until 12 noon on Australia Day, so there is no excuse not to come and enjoy the activities.
Finally, Balcombe Heights Estate on Seven Hills Rd will come alive for a fantastic afternoon of events. Starting at 2pm, the estate will be filled with free rides, entertainment, and of course free Studio Tours of 2CCR FM 90.5! Come down and see how radio works, and perhaps become part of the magic yourself.
